Meet Haneen Ayyoubi, PA-C

My journey of working with children commenced in 2014 when I took on roles as a dedicated tutor and teacher. In addition to this, I have had the privilege of contributing to significant medical centers across the nation. As a scribe at the UF Cancer Center in Orlando, I gained valuable insights into the world of healthcare. I further expanded my horizons by completing rotations at the Pediatric Department of AdventHealth in Tampa and with the Pediatric Trauma Surgery team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg.

My educational pursuit led me to the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where I earned a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical. Fueling my ambition, I then joined Barry University's PA program in St. Petersburg, culminating in the achievement of a Masters in Clinical Medical Science. As a testament to my dedication, I authored a review paper on PubMed, spotlighting diverse treatment options for burns and chronic wounds in both adults and children.

My values of trust, loyalty, compassion, knowledge, and effective communication serve as the foundation of my interactions with children and youth. Embracing this passion, I advocate for children who may struggle to express their emotions, inspired by their resilience and boundless energy. As a minority PA, I aspire to be a source of inspiration, nurturing the belief that every child can realize their dreams and aspirations.

The words of P.T. Barnum ring true: "The noblest art is that of making others happy." This resonates deeply with me, as I immerse myself in event planning, crafting intricate flower arrangements, and curating elaborate dessert tables. Beyond this, I find joy in cooking, painting, and cross-stitching traditional Palestinian patterns. My interests extend to the outdoors, where I relish time at the beach, bodyboarding, and exploring new corners of the world. My global adventures have taken me to countries like England, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, Mexico, and beyond.

My personal life is enriched by a supportive husband in medical school and a lively orange cat named Simba, reminiscent of the beloved character from the movie Lion King. My artistic endeavors are equally varied; I am skilled in Arabic Calligraphy, adept at creating henna designs, and experienced in the intricate art of wood burning. My artistic achievements include winning first place for an India Ink piece, a Mixed Media creation, and a meticulously handcrafted ceramic tea set at various art shows in Florida.

At the heart of my professional mission is the commitment to cultivating enduring and trusting relationships with my patients. My goal is to ensure that they feel cared for and supported, paving the way for the delivery of the highest quality healthcare.

In the spirit of camaraderie, I often find myself saying, "Friends, So Help Me Todd." If I were to choose a superpower, teleportation would be my preference. Imagine the ability to traverse the globe instantly, eliminating the need for long plane rides. With a blink of an eye, I could surprise my friends and family by appearing on their doorstep, bridging the distances that separate us.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of compassion, growth, and shared happiness.
