Elizabeth's journey into the world of healthcare began in high school when she participated in the certified nursing assistant program. This early exposure ignited her love for nursing and pediatrics. She graduated as a registered nurse in 2006 and soon found herself working on the pediatric unit at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in Orlando, Florida. It was during this time that Elizabeth realized her calling in pediatric care.

Her dedication to her profession led her to pursue higher education. In 2014, Elizabeth graduated from the University of South Florida as a nurse practitioner, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients.

Passion for Pediatrics:

Elizabeth's commitment to pediatrics is deeply rooted in her experiences. Her favorite clinical rotation during nursing school at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital solidified her desire to work with young patients. She subsequently spent over eight years in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, gaining invaluable experience in neonatal care.

Philosophy of Care:

Elizabeth believes in fostering strong doctor-patient relationships characterized by empathy, effective communication, and attentive listening. Her motto, "Every day is a chance to learn something new," reflects her dedication to ongoing education and improvement in patient care.

Life Beyond Medicine:

Outside of her medical practice, Elizabeth enjoys traveling and reading. She is a loving wife and mother, having married her high school sweetheart. Together, they have two children and share their home with two dogs.

Elizabeth possesses a keen interest in photography and had the privilege of working with the American Academy of Pediatrics in their Training, Education, Assistance, Mentorship, and Support program, enhancing school health services.
