Nayade Sizemore, DNP, FNP-BC

Nayade Sizemore, DNP, FNP-BC—a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Proficient in both English and Spanish, Nayade works full-time with a floating schedule, primarily stationed at Orange Park, Bartram, and St. Johns Bluff. Throughout Nayade's academic journey, she excelled, graduating at the top of her class and earning accolades such as the School of Nursing Graduate Year Award and the Francis Bartlett Kinne Director’s Award for Excellence.

In her professional approach, Nayade prioritizes compassionate and collaborative care, emphasizing the importance of teamwork with patients and their families. Her dedication to pediatrics stems from a genuine desire to serve the pediatric population, advocating for positive health outcomes and proactively preventing pediatric injuries.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nayade's leisure time is filled with activities that bring joy and relaxation. She enjoys the serenity of the beach, leisurely bike rides around the neighborhood, and family outings to the Jacksonville Zoo alongside her husband, Will, and daughter, Ruthie. Rooted in her Cuban heritage, Nayade finds great joy in spending time with her family, engaging in dance, and relishing the vibrant flavors of Cuban cuisine.
