For Immediate Release: Angel Kids Pediatrics Teams Up with Farm Share for Northside Community Food Distribution to promote Health and Wellness
Jacksonville, FL, July 18, 2019 Angel Kids Pediatrics, the largest private pediatric practice in Northeast Florida, is teaming up with Farm Share for a Community Food Distribution at Angel Kid’s newly opened Northside office, located at 2040 Riverview Street. Angel Kids Pediatrics and Farm Share are working together to promote nutritional health, Angel Kids believes that nutrition is fundamental for good health and development during the early years of life. If children lack adequate nutrition, they may become ill, have delayed mental and motor development, and become more susceptible to diseases, all of which can have long-term adverse effects beyond childhood into adulthood.
Dr. Affan, President and Founder of Angel Kids Pediatrics, opened a 6th pediatric practice on the Northside with a vision to provide comprehensive quality healthcare services to a medically underserved area that suffers from a lack of access to healthcare that commonly results in avoidable illness and avoidable emergency department visits.
