Jacksonville, FL, January 2, 2018. Angel Kids Pediatrics, the largest private pediatric practice in Northeast Florida, announced today the appointment of Jami Webster Broekema, MD, as its Medical Director.
In her new role, Dr. Webster will provide medical leadership and oversight of Clinical Services while leading the practice in defining and aligning its long term strategic goals and initiatives to further strengthen its presence as Northeast Florida’s largest private pediatric practice. Her responsibilities will include the enhancement of the quality of care, and the recruitment and engagement of providers. Dr. Webster will maintain her clinical duties as a physician while assuming this new position as Medical Director.

Dr. Webster joined Angel Kids Pediatrics as a physician in 2012. She has been serving as the organization’s Provider Committee Chair and has represented Angel Kids in various national meetings and conferences. As a physician, Dr. Webster’s goal was to get to know each family to provide individualized care while ensuring the highest clinical standards and practices. Prior to joining Angel Kids, Dr. Webster had been practicing pediatric primary care in Salt Lake City, Utah after completing her residency at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City. She received her MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where she was a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council and Senator Boren’s President’s Advisory Board.
