This prestigious and highly competitive national recognition and award was presented to Angel Kids Pediatrics as a TCPI Exemplary Practice that demonstrates high performance in key performance areas: Person and Family Engagement, Population Health Management, Improved Chronic Illness, and Reduction in Unnecessary Emergency Department Use.
TCPI awards represent Transforming Clinical Practice Initiatives and are part of a strategy by CMS to strengthen the quality of patient care and spend health care dollars more wisely. Angel Kids Pediatrics was selected as one (1) of among fifty-five (55) other elite high-performance Medical Practices, Medical Centers, and Clinics across the nation, that were recognized and awarded in 10 Key Performance Areas.
