Ways to Breast Feed

Cross-Cradle

This position is ideal for those in the early stages of breastfeeding.

Cradle

This is similar to the Cross-Cradle position.

Football Hold

This may be a good choice for those who are recovering from a C-Section, have large breasts, or are nursing two babies at once.

Side Laying Down

This may help your baby latch on correctly in the early stages of breastfeeding, especially after having a C-Section. This is also good if you are a bit tired when feeding.
